1) What do you think are the powers / abilities that the mind has?

2) Write anything which is on your mind at the moment. That is some issues or problem areas in your like which are bothering you. While you were doing that exercise, did any aspect of that problem become clearer to you? Did you make any choices of what to do or how to think about it differently? Often when we are looking at a problem, we are actually searching for the answer. This is a power of intellect – the power to make decisions.
