As part of the nationwide initiative Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, a special awareness program was organized by the Brahma Kumaris at Government Polytechnic College, Chodavaram. The program focused on guiding youth towards a life free from addictions and empowering them with spiritual strength to make positive lifestyle choices.
Respected speakers BK Krishna Kumari, BK Sowjanya, and BK Kiran shared valuable insights on the harmful effects of drugs and other addictions. They emphasized the importance of purity, peace, and determination in building an addiction-free society. Their words deeply inspired the participants to adopt healthier habits and choose the path of self-transformation.
The program witnessed active participation from nearly 1250 students along with their teachers from various schools and colleges. A total of 65 individuals came forward to take a pledge for de-addiction, marking a significant step towards personal and social reform.
The session concluded with a reflective meditation experience, enabling the participants to feel inner peace and determination. Guests and beneficiaries appreciated the initiative and expressed gratitude for the sincere efforts of the Brahma Kumaris in spreading awareness on such an important cause.
