On November 7, 2025, the second series of the Digital Wellness Program was conducted at Bawa Lalvani Public School, Kapurthala, focusing on the theme “Rewiring Your Brain by Neuroplasticity.” The enlightening session aimed to make students of Class 9 aware of the science of neuroplasticity — how the brain can change and adapt through experiences, habits, and thoughts.

During the session, students learned about both the positive and negative impacts of neuroplasticity and how their daily actions, screen habits, and thought patterns can influence their brain’s development. They were guided on practical ways to harness the power of neuroplasticity for positive thinking, concentration, emotional balance, and overall mental wellness.

The program encouraged young minds to consciously create empowering thought patterns, thereby promoting self-discipline, mindfulness, and inner strength. It also emphasized how spirituality and self-awareness can enhance the process of positive brain rewiring.

The session concluded with reflective moments and a short meditation, allowing students to internalize the message and experience calmness and focus.
