05 October 2025, UK - An inspiring roundtable discussion titled “Faith and Climate: A Moral Call to Action” was hosted by the LSE Faith Centre. The event brought together faith leaders, policymakers, academics, and civil society representatives in a vibrant intergenerational gathering aimed at exploring how faith traditions can illuminate and guide humanity’s response to the growing climate crisis.
The discussion centred on three profound themes — how faith can reframe the global climate challenge as a moral and spiritual call to conscience, how communities of faith can mobilise collective responsibility for environmental care, and how to ensure inclusive participation of women, youth, and marginalised groups in shaping climate decisions.
The atmosphere was filled with compassion, reflection, and unity of purpose. Participants shared deep insights on how inner transformation, guided by spiritual awareness, can lead to outer change — fostering sustainable lifestyles and reverence for nature.
